Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Overview

Riddle is a daily riddle game that challenges users to solve puzzles, track their progress, and improve their problem-solving skills. You can play daily riddles, use hints when needed, and monitor your win streaks and statistics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Riddle. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You may use Riddle as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your progress, track statistics, and maintain your win streaks across devices.
If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Service

Riddle offers an optional premium subscription service ("Riddle Premium") that provides access to additional features and content.

4.2 Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Monthly Subscription: Renews every month at the current monthly subscription price
Annual Subscription: Renews every year at the current annual subscription price

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID account.

4.3 Subscription Features

Premium subscription includes:

One additional extra hard difficulty riddle every day
Advanced analytics and statistics tracking
Priority customer support
All premium features for the duration of your active subscription

4.4 Payment and Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4.6 Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period and will take effect at the start of your next billing period after notice is provided.

5. User Conduct

By using Riddle, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in Riddle, including but not limited to software, algorithms, riddle content, and all other materials provided through the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Riddle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
